1.Push up 3*14

2.Bench press barbell 4*10

3.Chest press dumbbell   3*10

4.Incline bench press 3*10

5.Incline cable press 3*10

6.Decline dumbbell press 3*10

7.Chest cable up-down 3*10

8. Calf leg press

9.Calf standing dumbbell

10.Stretching   5min
