1.Anatomical position 5 sec

2.Right leg standing with lateral raise —       30 sec

3.Right leg Back muscle balance —- 15 sec

4.Extension/flexion  2*5 sec

5.Stretch back                         2* 15 sec

6.Stretch back yoga    2 *15 sec

6.Left leg standing with lateral raise       30 sec 

7.Lunge alternative hand up ——– 10 sec

8..Left leg Back muscle balance —— 15 sec

9. Flexion/ Extension ————-  2* 5 sec

10.Stretch back yoga    ————- 2* 15 sec

11.Anatomical position ———-    5 sec
